It builds and maintains good bones and teeth and in blood clotting. It was needed in the transmission of nerve impulses. It is helpful in the regulation of the heart rhythm. Calcium is a living tissue constantly broken down and in build up process. If you are healthy and have enough calcium and exercise, your bone production will increase.</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>A disease that we should be aware of is osteoporosis. If the bones weakens, it causes an imbalance. He losses bones as he aged. Taking an adequate intake of calcium provides an important source of avoiding bone loss in later life.</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>How can we slow it down? Get enough exercise. Take vitamin D an important source you can get from the sun aside from calcium supplement. A green-leafy vegetables is also rich in vitamin K. In order to lower the risk of osteoporosis, avoid taking caffeine as it increases the risk of fracture. Instead of going in, calcium was excreted in urine out of the body. Avoid too much protein as it cause calcium to go out from the bones especially animal protein.</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>A lifelong intake of dietary calcium is necessary. It helps slow bone loss. At moderate level, taking calcium has benefits in lowering the risk of hypertension. Sources of calcium can be found in dairy products, spinach, baked beans, oranges, green peas, and many others. Calcium is an element that has many benefits. It helps the bones to function effectively.<br />

It usually happened when the decision maker backed out himself into deciding not making any decision at all. Even how small a decision to be made, give it your utmost concern because if it failed it affects the completion of a certain task. The result may not be satisfying not only to you but to others as well.</strong></p>
<p><strong>By doing it repeatedly is a force of habit. Even a habit are important and useful but it could be disastrous sometimes. Making decision by simply copying or imitating others is not really a bad idea as you only followed the trend of the day. But imitating does not always work for you. Do you think it will make you look good? If not, what will be your next decision? If you look at yourself in the mirror, most probably you will not be happy with the result. It would be better if you make decision on things what is right and best for you.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Making decision by simply following your impulse to do things at the moment is not at all bad however if the decision you make has disadvantage then it could be a mistake. Try to balance what is right and wrong. Taking the risk just by impulse is a bad idea. Be careful with your way of thinking. Think best to lead you to a right decision. Analyze your past decision and compare them. It will be to  improve a better chance of reaching a very good results. Before reaching a final decision, make your thoughts well-organized in order to gain your better understanding of what kind of decision you are going to make. Ask yourself. What is the problem? My objectives? My alternatives? What are the consequences in selecting the best alternative? Does it beneficial or deadly? Which one is the best? Then you decide&#8230;.</strong></p>
<p><strong>In order to balance the result of your decision, analyze and evaluate its advantages and disadvantages in all side. It can help you identify how strong you feel about the success of your decision. But most of all, it should be converted into action. It remain useless deciding without you acting. Take the risk of your decision. If it fail, don&#8217;t despair, the best things is that you decide.</strong></p>
