Deciding to start a new business need better business plan to have better result. Starting a new business is not easy, you have to be patient, resourceful, innovative and confident. You are always on the go, working full time as the business demands.

Gather many information helpful in your new endeavor. Do your research in many journals about how to start a new business. Gather new information useful to you. Ask some of your friends already successful in their business. Do lots of preparation. If your line of business is about physical distribution of consumer products, then consider everything:

-You are needing a big warehouse for your incoming stocks.

-You need office area for your men to do the processing.

-You have to scout clients to put partnership with you. They will supply the products for you, you’ll do he processing of orders, billing and delivery. You can even include collection of delivered invoices under their corresponding term of collection. Your services will be paid in accordance to a certain percentage as agreed by the client from the total sales of the month.

_You have to procure enough trucks to deliver the products in different delivery points, either in south or north points.

-Agree with your principal about the rate to apply for the services rendered by your company.

-You have a start-up capital to be able to start.

Warehousing and forwarding business is reliable and profitable. What you only need is to meet the expectation of your principal about immediate processing, delivery and collection. Although there are lot of pressures from your principal but it is really a profitable business.

Be a good manager. Support your men. Give them  better incentive, then you can expect that they can deliver the kind of performance favorable to your business.

If you are impatient, you’re apt to be rude. Bad word comes out in your mouth without restraint. You spoke sharply and hurt somebody. Your behavior make others feel angry and uncooperative because they know they were being insulted by you. You disregarded their feeling believing it was just right for you. If they tell you in the same manner, can you allow it to get into you? What will be your immediate reaction? Are you happy or angry? You know it is not good. Then why not change your ways?

To be impatient, you have to develop a system of calming you down in a stressful situation. Learn how to control them.

An impatient person don’t like to waste time.  He always in a hurry without allowing  a possibility of delay. Are you one of them?

If you are with the group, humor them with funny stories while waiting to keep your impatience at bay until the delay is over. If you are too irritated and failed to think clearly because your bad mood is governing you, then let your imagination wander to see the beauty of nature. The purpose is to control the negative feeling  inside you and help to ease the tension that started to drain away from you.

In controlling your impatient is to examine the reason of your behavior. If it is only temporary, you annoyance will come to pass. But if you are always irritable and abrupt, maybe something is wrong in your head that need immediate counselling.
