TO LIVE LONGER

No one like to aged faster but many of us are willing to stay young longer. If you want to be healthy at all times, then you should have a good set of teeth and firm gum lines. You should have a stronger and elastic blood vessels. You should have a good digestion and bright complexion. This is perfect.. if you are one.

Live a vigorous life. Enjoy it to the fullest. Don’t worry about everything, someone will take care of them.

But a man does aged. Some portion of our body are started wearing out. You feel your bones are aching and cracking. Wrinkles started to be visible in your face. Why you felt tired easily as if losing your energy? Why you have frequent bout of cold? Because your immune system cannot defend you fully from the onslaught of infection started creeping to your throat and reside in their place in the lungs.

No matter what kind of medicine you will take at the moment, the body will not recognize your effort. You are growing old faster than you thought. Only your mind feel younger all the times. It doesn’t aged because you don’t want to recognize that you are startedĀ  bleeding to death.

Even science and its modern medicine cannot help you completely. We have role in life to carry on to live and die. It may not be now but maybe later. You cannot hold the clock from ticking. You cannot hold your time to leave. All of us pass that road.

For those that are still approaching the prime in their life, start changing your lifestyle. It is your only chance to live longer temporarily. You can still enjoy seeing your favorite TV program. But don’t be in front of your TV with junk foods in your hand. It may increase your blood pressure that will end your life early.

What you will do is simple. Maintain the body healthy. Keep your life active. Supplement the body with foods tich in vitamins and minerals. You can have them around you. It is just a matter of changing your attitude and efforts.

If you want to live longer then act now. It is not yet too late to extend your life more years. Ride on with the wind of change. Don’t isolate yourself from others. Join them together for better health, better future and better life

WHAT YOUR BONES NEEDED?

Whether we like it or not, our body needs calcium. There are many beneficial effects in taking calcium as mineral. It builds and maintains good bones and teeth and in blood clotting. It was needed in the transmission of nerve impulses. It is helpful in the regulation of the heart rhythm. Calcium is a living tissue constantly broken down and in build up process. If you are healthy and have enough calcium and exercise, your bone production will increase.

A disease that we should be aware of is osteoporosis. If the bones weakens, it causes an imbalance. He losses bones as he aged. Taking an adequate intake of calcium provides an important source of avoiding bone loss in later life.

How can we slow it down? Get enough exercise. Take vitamin D an important source you can get from the sun aside from calcium supplement. A green-leafy vegetables is also rich in vitamin K. In order to lower the risk of osteoporosis, avoid taking caffeine as it increases the risk of fracture. Instead of going in, calcium was excreted in urine out of the body. Avoid too much protein as it cause calcium to go out from the bones especially animal protein.

A lifelong intake of dietary calcium is necessary. It helps slow bone loss. At moderate level, taking calcium has benefits in lowering the risk of hypertension. Sources of calcium can be found in dairy products, spinach, baked beans, oranges, green peas, and many others. Calcium is an element that has many benefits. It helps the bones to function effectively.

KEEP YOUR KITCHEN HEALTHY

Make your kitchen a healthy environment. Apply hygienic practice so that you are protected from sickness due to contamination. Mostly, the germs are coming from the kitchen where kitchen chores made daily.

Before preparing your food or eating your meals do the washing of your hands. Use germicidal soap or powders in washing your plates, cups, saucers and utensils. Sanitize your dining table during the preparation of your meals. Give much attention to your chopping board. Contamination usually comes from this chopping board and other related medium used during the activities in the kitchen like knives and can openers. The most advisable washing combination is to use a hot soapy water and 1 tablespoon of chlorine bleach mixed with one gallon of water.

Give attention to your kitchen rags and towels. It easily harbors the disease-causing germs. Include it in your sanitation process.

Don’t let your kitchen rags wet at all times. Don’t leave it there at the side of the kitchen sink. Most of the germs can penetrate in wet environment. Sanitize with chlorine and keep it dry.

When you buy fresh fruits and vegetables, buy them in supermarket. Most of this outlets are doing cleaning under sanitary practice not to expose to flies and other unsanitary handling compared to what was sold in the public wet market.

Most important of all is your drinking water. If you are using private water system, to be additionally safe, use filtration cap direct to the faucetĀ  to filter any microscopic debris and particles in the water. If the cost is manageable, you can use handy filtration system that connects to your faucet. Drink water directly to the faucet of the filtration system, safe and fresh.

Be sure your glass is clean. Put separately away from your kitchen so that it can not easily contaminated with germs and other disease- causing bacteria during your kitchen activities. Check the glass if it is not cloudy, oily, with foul odor or have visible debris at the bottom of the glass. Clean everything, sanitize it to kill all the microbes.

Another way to ensure the safety of your drinking water is to boil it before you use, about 15-20 minutes to kill any organisms in the water.
