Exercise contributes in maintaining a healthy weight, bone density, muscle strength, better joint movement and strengthening the immune system. It prevents life-threatening condition.
Overdoing exercise is harmful. It was recommended that 2 to 3 times a week is most beneficial. Not all of us can do the exercise. There are limitations especially those with illness. The doctor knew that individual has its own limit. It is of your best interest to refer it to a doctor. Generally, exercise is important to have a healthy body.
Inappropriate exercise has danger. It do more harm than good. Don’t force your body to do over its limit. Be extra careful in the intensity of your exercise. Take rest. Give your body time to recover.
With exercise, it improves the function of the heart and lungs. It increases the supply of blood to the muscles. It increases your good blood cholesterol. It improves a better weight control.
Exercise feels you more relax and happier. It boosts self-esteem and confidence. You can sleep well. It helps energize the body and handle stress.
WHAT YOUR BONES NEEDED?

Whether we like it or not, our body needs calcium. There are many beneficial effects in taking calcium as mineral. It builds and maintains good bones and teeth and in blood clotting. It was needed in the transmission of nerve impulses. It is helpful in the regulation of the heart rhythm. Calcium is a living tissue constantly broken down and in build up process. If you are healthy and have enough calcium and exercise, your bone production will increase.
A disease that we should be aware of is osteoporosis. If the bones weakens, it causes an imbalance. He losses bones as he aged. Taking an adequate intake of calcium provides an important source of avoiding bone loss in later life.
How can we slow it down? Get enough exercise. Take vitamin D an important source you can get from the sun aside from calcium supplement. A green-leafy vegetables is also rich in vitamin K. In order to lower the risk of osteoporosis, avoid taking caffeine as it increases the risk of fracture. Instead of going in, calcium was excreted in urine out of the body. Avoid too much protein as it cause calcium to go out from the bones especially animal protein.
A lifelong intake of dietary calcium is necessary. It helps slow bone loss. At moderate level, taking calcium has benefits in lowering the risk of hypertension. Sources of calcium can be found in dairy products, spinach, baked beans, oranges, green peas, and many others. Calcium is an element that has many benefits. It helps the bones to function effectively.

Heart is important to function all our organs in the body. The heart continue beating all his life day and night. If at rest, it beats slowly and quietly. To response to an emergency, the heart will beats fast transporting blood to whatever portion of the body that needed most.
It is an efficient muscular pump dependent on the condition of the fibers in its muscular walls. Once the fibers is damage, it will produce a striking changes in its circulation throughout the whole body.
A healthy person need 5 liters of blood, keeping its circulation by the motion of the heart. He is not strain by overwork. It can only be damage due to disease. Too much activity is not recommended to a damaged heart to avoid straining it beyond its limit.
Everyone should avoid being overweight and no sufficient exercise to protect the heart. It weakens the body and hamper the normal circulation of the blood. The arteries will harden and the elastic tissue in the walls no longer flexible. This may raise the blood pressure and increase the work of the heart.
As long as we are alive, the heart never stop working. It has reserve power to meet any crisis that may arise. If damaged by disease, it has the ability to repair itself.
After a vigorous contraction, the heart relaxes and momentarily rest. The elastic walls of the arteries expand and the volume of blood passes through it on its way to the smallest vessel.
To keep the blood in circulation, it pump under certain amount of pressure to reach the brain.
That’s the wonder of being a HEART.

Look at your waistline, its bulging. Look again, you were overweight. You were very fond of eating foods that are not nutritious and healthy. Eating was your obsession, sleeping was your exercise. You liked eating foods with more salt than any other foods you know. In addition to it, you liked sugars, chocolate, ice cream. jelly, the more it adds up to your weight. You were contented in sitting, eating and sleeping. This was your job routine in your home. You can not even help in the chores at home because you easily got tired. Exercise is the most helpful activities any one can take. It needs only a few minutes everyday but the benefits is great. This is the activities most of us feared. We are more comfortable if we don’t exercise at all. This wrong perception lead us to be overweight and may cost us our lives. If we hit by stroke, no one knows what happen next. Those being hit regretted of not having exercise before. It is not too late yet to change behavior. It is not fun to become paralyze due to stroke. Money and medicine and lot of time allocated for recuperation is the result of being careless.
Exercise boosts your spirit. If you already started to have one, then continue. Never mind the pain, soreness in your body the first day of your workout, it just a sign of responding to physical activities. Once you do the workout oftentimes, you enjoy, relax and energize returning your strength and reducing your weight. As you started reducing your waistline and fats in your stomach, you appreciated the changes. This was the result of many months of your workouts. You looked at yourself in the mirror. You found that you were smiling seeing that you were now more beautiful and slender compared before. You were sexy, the contour of your body had much improvement. You were lively, athletic and full of energy. Exercise made wonders for you.
If you continue being overweight, for sure you can no longer see your favorite movie.
