You were very fond of eating foods that are not nutritious and healthy. Eating was your obsession, sleeping was your exercise. You liked eating foods with more salt than any other foods you know. In addition to it, you liked sugars, chocolate, ice cream. jelly, the more it adds up to your weight. You were contented in sitting, eating and sleeping. This was your job routine in your home. You can not even help in the chores at home because you easily got tired. You were wondering why you feelt tired at all times. Look at you, then you know the answer.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Exercise is the most helpful activities any one can take. It needs only a few minutes everyday but the benefits is great. This is the activities most of us feared. We are more comfortable if we don&#8217;t exercise at all. This wrong perception lead us to be overweight and may cost us our lives. If we hit by stroke, no one knows what happen next. Those being hit regretted of not having exercise before. It is not too late yet to change behavior. It is not fun to become paralyze due to stroke. Money and medicine and lot of time allocated for recuperation is the result of being careless.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Exercise boosts your spirit. If you already started to have one, then continue. Never mind the pain, soreness in your body the first day of your workout, it just a sign of responding to physical activities. Once you do the workout oftentimes, you  enjoy, relax and energize returning your strength and reducing your weight. As you started reducing your waistline and fats in your stomach, you appreciated the changes. This was the result of many months of your workouts. You looked at yourself in the mirror.  You found that you were smiling seeing that you were now more beautiful and slender compared before. You  were sexy, the contour of your body had much improvement. You were lively, athletic and full of energy. Exercise made wonders for you.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>If you continue being overweight, for sure you can no longer see your favorite movie.</strong></em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p><strong>You all know that the food we ate today is no longer a healthful food. We are lazy to prepare our own foods at home. We choose eating in fast food store because it is the easiest way to eat without any effort compared to preparing the food in the kitchen. What we only need is money, then presto, you are full. But what it takes you?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Many of us have elevated cholesterol. We ate oily foods and other cholesterol-rich food,  fried chicken,  fried legs,  ribs or any other fried items.</strong></p>
<p><strong>When can we be more sensible in taking foods healthful to us? When can we learn our lesson seeing others rushed to the hospital because their cholesterol already over the required level of safety. Why wait being there?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Vegetables fights disease. It is a healthy food. Our body needed it as part of the daily requirements of vitamins and minerals. By eating this kind of food it can correct any of our vitamin deficiency.  But some of us are taking against it.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Look those people in the rural areas or those living in the mountain. Fruits and vegetables were mostly their kinds of food. No need to buy in the market, its free and available in their own backyard. They were very resourceful by planting vegetables in their garden sustaining them. They only bought fish, salted fish and other basic goods. When it comes to fruits, they were around their house. If harvest season come, they sells the extra to the market. But look at their health, they were mostly slim but strong. Many of them reached the age to almost 100, while those  living in the urban areas cannot match their feat of living longer. Their kind of food was different from ours. They were full of energy working from morning till noon. That&#8217;s the difference.</strong></p>
<p><strong>If we can change our ways of eating food that gives benefits to our body, we expect that we are far from getting sick and live longer. We have one life. We have to protect it. This is our only chance. Happy vegetable eating!</strong></p>
