Our body need an adequate diet to be healthy. Our continued growth depend on whatever food we take that gives the necessary nutrients for all the systems to function an effective manner. The body needs energy for us to move and act in our day-to-day activities. A balance diet promotes a better health and longevity. If we are always healthy, we can reduce the risk of a diet-related health conditions where most of us have now at the moment.

The benefits of vegetables attested to those persons who lived longer because they were careful to whatever they eat. They became very selective in choosing the food beneficial to their total existence. They limit the use of meat. Any nutrient equivalent of meat can be taken from other vegetables that has the same nutritional properties.

Vegetables not only give vitamins and minerals and fiber but the presence of a substance called pyto-chemicals has greatly solve the problem against chronic disease. Anti-oxidants in plants protects us against cancer and heart disease.

Vegetables is a health-promoting alternative to keep us away from the danger of a life-threatening diseases that if taken lightly and not seriously can cause death. Regular consumption of vegetables is needed by the body like green plants, cabbage, tomatoes and other vegetables that has anti-oxidant properties.

Many of us don’t like vegetables because it does not taste good in our palate. It gives a taste different from what we are accustomed and what we always crave. If we allow our taste buds to control us then there will be hardship in taking vegetables as part of our diet. Taste is not too important to better health. What is important is how you can live longer. The secret of longevity lies in the consumption of vegetables. DO YOU WANT TO BE OBESE?

Being obese increases your chances to have many diseases. It causes hypertension, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease and many others.

Why do men have obesity? It was due to different lifestyle. The shift in diet of food high in saturated fat and sugar but low in vitamins and minerals causes this deficiency. Obesity is an excessive amount of body weight to muscles, bones, fats and water. An abnormal accumulation of fats in the body.

A good nutrition reduces  weight. As we are beginning to age, our body metabolism will change. It increases the fats while muscle balance decreases. We are less physically active causing weight gain. Slow metabolism will result to obesity.

Any weight gain is controllable. Weight can be reduced if we choose a lifestyle good for our health. Apply good eating habit. Have physical activities to burn-out fat metabolism.

If you want to reduce your weight then choose a better healthy eating plan. Choose food that supplies nutrients and appropriate calories in order to maintain your weight.

Always remember that an active lifestyle will help you maintain a healthy body. It is the gateway to avoid the risk of many illnesses. Monitor your progress on regular basis. Check your weight. The doctor can determine what is allowable to you.

Our body need a balance diet to make it healthy. It handles the many stresses in life. Include some of  the important elements for the body to function effectively. We must provide our diet with enough carbohydrates, protein, unsaturated fats, vitamins, minerals and fibers. Carbohydrates is considered an energy source. Without this, we easily get tired and weak. Taking in excess to its proportion causes weight gain. It is important to balance it. Enough supply of elements supports body’s normal growth and development. With the incorporation of a moderate exercise the body will response effectively.

Any unbalanced diet causes problem in our brain and nervous system. It hampers our continuous growth. Learn how to eat smart. Whole grains are rich in phyto-chemicals and anti-oxidants. Fruits and vegetables can supply us with vitamins and minerals. It has a low calories enough to control weight gain. Be a part in your meals each day and see the result.

WHAT YOUR BONES NEEDED?

Whether we like it or not, our body needs calcium. There are many beneficial effects in taking calcium as mineral. It builds and maintains good bones and teeth and in blood clotting. It was needed in the transmission of nerve impulses. It is helpful in the regulation of the heart rhythm. Calcium is a living tissue constantly broken down and in build up process. If you are healthy and have enough calcium and exercise, your bone production will increase.

A disease that we should be aware of is osteoporosis. If the bones weakens, it causes an imbalance. He losses bones as he aged. Taking an adequate intake of calcium provides an important source of avoiding bone loss in later life.

How can we slow it down? Get enough exercise. Take vitamin D an important source you can get from the sun aside from calcium supplement. A green-leafy vegetables is also rich in vitamin K. In order to lower the risk of osteoporosis, avoid taking caffeine as it increases the risk of fracture. Instead of going in, calcium was excreted in urine out of the body. Avoid too much protein as it cause calcium to go out from the bones especially animal protein.

A lifelong intake of dietary calcium is necessary. It helps slow bone loss. At moderate level, taking calcium has benefits in lowering the risk of hypertension. Sources of calcium can be found in dairy products, spinach, baked beans, oranges, green peas, and many others. Calcium is an element that has many benefits. It helps the bones to function effectively.

WHAT TIREDNESS MEANS?

We all get tired and depressed at times. It affected us. An early signs of an illness maybe the reason. Tiredness most often come and go or may continue some time. This indication need your attention.

There were times we felt too tired even in performing our normal activities. We apparently tired without knowing the reason. Our mind was confused about the reason of not feeling well. Our body aches and our concentration was disrupted.

Tiredness were both physical, emotional and mental in nature. We feel a burning sensation in our muscles and weakness in the inner part of the body. It decreases our wakefulness in the day, less attention to the thing we wanted to accomplish. Tiredness were common after working hours, stress, depression, disease and even lack of sleep.

Minor illness like common cold can tired us and restless. It maybe brief or feeling longer. If tiredness prolong for several weeks then there’s something wrong in the body. Seek medical attention to determine the cause.

If we are tired, we don’t  have the mood to undergo any physical activity. If we are overweight or too thin can cause tiredness, feel anxious, with sleepless episode. Changes in the work assignment at night may change the regular sleep pattern. Drinking alcohol or caffeine results the same.

The disadvantages of tiredness is that we have lack of energy, poor concentration toward carrying out our daily activities, hardship in decision making, poor motivation to do something.

We can correct this problem by eating early in the evening so that we can rest early. We have to relax before bedtime by hearing favorate music to feel sleepy. A dark, quite room without interruption may help to have a sound sleep during the night.
