BACK ON TRACK

Look at your waistline, its bulging. Look again, you were overweight. You were very fond of eating foods that are not nutritious and healthy. Eating was your obsession, sleeping was your exercise. You liked eating foods with more salt than any other foods you know. In addition to it, you liked sugars, chocolate, ice cream. jelly, the more it adds up to your weight. You were contented in sitting, eating and sleeping. This was your job routine in your home. You can not even help in the chores at home because you easily got tired. You were wondering why you feelt tired at all times. Look at you, then you know the answer.

Exercise is the most helpful activities any one can take. It needs only a few minutes everyday but the benefits is great. This is the activities most of us feared. We are more comfortable if we don’t exercise at all. This wrong perception lead us to be overweight and may cost us our lives. If we hit by stroke, no one knows what happen next. Those being hit regretted of not having exercise before. It is not too late yet to change behavior. It is not fun to become paralyze due to stroke. Money and medicine and lot of time allocated for recuperation is the result of being careless.

Exercise boosts your spirit. If you already started to have one, then continue. Never mind the pain, soreness in your body the first day of your workout, it just a sign of responding to physical activities. Once you do the workout oftentimes, you  enjoy, relax and energize returning your strength and reducing your weight. As you started reducing your waistline and fats in your stomach, you appreciated the changes. This was the result of many months of your workouts. You looked at yourself in the mirror.  You found that you were smiling seeing that you were now more beautiful and slender compared before. You  were sexy, the contour of your body had much improvement. You were lively, athletic and full of energy. Exercise made wonders for you.

If you continue being overweight, for sure you can no longer see your favorite movie.
