Warehousing and forwarding business is reliable and profitable. What you only need is to meet the expectation from your principal about immediate processing, delivery and collection. Although there are lot of pressures from your principal but it is really a profitable business.

Be a good manager. Support your men. Give them  better incentive, then you can expect that they can deliver the kind of performance favorable to your business.
