If you are impatient, you’re apt to be rude. Bad word comes out in your mouth without restraint. You spoke sharply and hurt somebody. Your behavior make others feel angry and uncooperative because they know they were being insulted by you. You disregarded their feeling believing it was just right for you. If they tell you in the same manner, can you allow it to get into you? What will be your immediate reaction? Are you happy or angry? You know it is not good. Then why not change your ways?
